Please note that our pre-theatre menu is offered Tuesday to Thursday at 5.30pm and 6pm sittings and on Friday and Saturday at 5.30pm sitting. Pre-theatre menu will not be available on Bank Holiday Sundays, Friday and Saturday during December, or over the Christmas period.

Braised Shin of Derek Walsh's Beef, Parsnip, Green Peppercorn Cream.

Slow Cooked Shoulder of Comeragh Mountain Lamb, Sprouting Broccoli, Red Kuri Squash, Chartreuse Sauce.

Fillet of Hake, Leeks and Roast Cauliflower.

Vegetarian option changes with availability of produce.
